All students are required to have Visa or Master Card on file for auto payment. The credit cards will be processed on the 7th of each month. If you prefer not to have your credit card charged, full amount owed must be paid before the 7th.
SSSPA Ballet Belt Fee (Required for all ballet dancers, Tyro level and above ballet)
$2 - Can be purchased at the SSSPA desk during open house. This is part of
required SSSPA ballet dance attire.
Recital Costume Fee

Costumes are selected by the teacher of the class.

The cost varies depending on the costume selected and the dances that students are participating in during the recital.

Costumes costs are what is charged by the manufacturer with Shipping and Handling. If a costume should not fit and must be returned, there is a return fee assessed by the manufacturer which will be the responsibility of the family to pay.

Any alterations or fees for such are part of the family financial obligations, and not that of SSSPA.

If a student enters late in the year, the manufacturer may assess a late fee to the costume order for which the family is responsible.
These fees are nonrefundable and are due November 1, 2010
Private Lessons
$120 with a minimum of four, 1/2 hour lessons or two, 1 hour lessons
If a student cares to continue with more lessons than the minimum,
time arrangements can be made with the office and teacher to extend time in
hour segments.
Volunteer Fee
Each family is expected to contribute at least 5 hours of volunteer time in the year. If a family chooses NOT to volunteer 5 hours, then an additional $50 fee will be assessed May 22nd with one exception. That exception is if the family member has signed up for both days of the rehearsal and recital to make there is continuity with practice and performance. All fees must be reconciled before recital unless a payment plan has been set up with the office manager or the student will not be allowed to participate in recital.
