The Shining Stars School of Performing Arts admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Online registration is also an intent form that you or your child/children will be joining class and will secure those places in class. However, a hard copy must be filled out on site before you can be go onto the floor with instruction. Note  for account and billing updates, all families will be receiving email notification when necessary.

It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
